Virtual Office Attendant
Your Company or team will be allocated with your own unique Central London telephone number which is answered by a pre recorded message. This gives the caller a choice of extensions or options as described. The service includes one main number and extension with up to five additional extensions.
These options can be company personnel at their location, [changeable by each member at the touch of a button] voicemail boxes or even the Virtual Office reception centre during office hours. The call is then routed by our automatic call handling system to the selected option.
If the selected transferee is unavailable the call is transferred to their personal voicemail box with unified messaging and alerts.
